- SI (Master): Class 12th pass with master certificate.
- SI (Engine Driver): Class 12th pass with engine driver certificate.
- SI (Workshop): Bachelor's degree (or) diploma in Mechanical/ Marine/ Automobile Engineering.
- HC (Master): Class 10th pass with serang certificate.
- HC (Engine Driver): Class 10th pass with engine driver certificate.
- HC (Workshop): Class 10th pass with experience relevant.
- CT (Crew): Class 10th pass with diploma in relevant trade.
